Mr Kunz has it and will be getting to it when he can. He has an extensive back log of porting work to do. He was kind enough to take it on regardless of workload, I'm sure he is interested in its inner workings for his own experience as well. In the meantime I'm sure Julian will entertain us with videos of it. He did a direct comparison of the 572 and 462 in a couple of videos.

Results are: stock to stock the 572 is slightly slower than the 462 in the cut, it's heavier, and doesnt spool quite so fast as a 462. It is incredibly smooth, oils very well.

No sir, I'm not going to bother Scott or Julian at all. If I needed the saw bad I wouldnt have sent it. I want Scott to take his time on his first one, do the best he can til he is satisfied. Am I excited? Bet your ass I am. I've never had anything new. If I dont like it I'll sell it and get one of Scott's famous 661's.
