I think that is a 77. If memory serves me, the spark plug poking out of the top like that is the tell tale sign of a 77.

It could be. A guy gave it to me for tuning up a few stihl saws he had. It has compression and is only missing the clutch cover and a bar. I'm tempted to bring it back to life if no one can use it. It won't be wasted.
