Hey, on a side note, anyone have a recommendation on paint for these saws? Not rattle can paint, but paint I can use in my airbrush, something that will actually hold up to gas.

I know Mike powdercoats saws, but I just wanna touch it up. I'm not gonna do a complete tear-down on it.......this will be a worker.

See, that's my problem..... .I get these damn things with the intention of selling them, fix them up, fall in love with them and end up hoarding them......

I'm a typical C.A.D. junkie.....

:b1:
This is my problem, but I've progressed way past fibbing to myself about buying, fixing, then selling... Lol!!

BTW, YOU SUCK!

No biggie....I'm the same way, I got so much chit in my barn loft I can't even remember what all is up there...

@blacksmith will verify this to be true....

Hahaha yeah he could start a saw shop! He keeps getting new project saws and hasn't finished the ones that he has!
Nah he's ok, he's actually making good head way on building up saws. Sorry Scott I just had to throw that in there.:ARMS1::dancer2:

I’m glad I’m not the only one. Lol. A good portion of mine is in a 10x20 storage unit. Lol

I use PPG Omni Urethane with hardener. Some toxic stuff, but hard as hell once dry.

I can get you the color code if interested.

That`s good stuff Doc, I have painted a lot of heavy trucks and off road excavation machinery, some cars and light trucks. The multi component paint is what is fuel proof. Last few years I/we use Nason brand of paint that can be gotten from NAPA stores here.
