You're right about that Philbert...being 6'4 and rather burly, I need that elevated platform ASAP!
Guess I'll head to one of the box stores and figure something out in the morning.
***UPDATE***
Here is me new splitter and homemade elevated platform.
Works much better, yet I'm going to turn the blocks upward and gain about 4 more inches height wise.

Two SEZ and a Husky 445.

The 445 runs but has several issues. One SEZ runs on choke. Other SEZ has no spark.

"No! There’s the land. (Have you seen it?)
It’s the cussedest land that I know,
From the big, dizzy mountains that screen it
To the deep, deathlike valleys below.
Some say God was tired when He made it;
Some say it’s a fine land to shun;
Maybe; but there’s some as would trade it
For no land on earth—and I’m one."

After gathering all of the parts to build me a 10mm pin 044, I find a complete one that needs seals and maybe I’ll change the bearings too. I guess I’ll have two now. I gave $75 for saw. I think I did good.

Reminds me of the ‘Timex’ MS440 I reconstructed five years ago. Client brought it back for another reconstruction. [emoji849]

Nothing has been done (yet[emoji1696]) to the basic engine. On its third gas tank/handle. [emoji2960]
