I remember when my grandma past away 20 years ago. Never saw my dad cry before that day. Now that I’m 40 I dread the time that you are going through as we all do. There will be days like today where memories make you cry and other days the memories will bring tears of joy. In your faith find peace that she is in good hands and will always be with you in spirit. Live your life with her guidance and values that she has instilled in you and carry her legacy on in your family. God Bless Randy and keep talking to people. The grieving process can be a roller coaster. Take care of yourself so you can take care of the ones you love.

I've been doing really well. Thinking of mom's bravery and commitment to her plans has made me examine my own plans and paths.

I realize how lucky I am to have had a person of her strength as a role model.
