I’d love an assymetric opening on the front, where the top is narrower to the muffler body than the lower portion.

On the Stihls I do, I find myself having to crush the upper portion in a bit to clear the brake. Sometimes the brake will self clearance itself by melting, but I hate that.

Similar width as the stock stihl deflector?

You make the deflectors look right at home on your builds...

Don't need no stinking 288 deflector..

Looks like a medium very nice finish.

Thanks! I use a 3/8 extension and a hammer to flare out the deflector to where I want it. The finish is high temp black by @Glock37! That muffler is dent free and looks better than new! I cut the baffle out that was under the stock deflector so she should breathe pretty good!

Honestly, this can be done by the end user and I really see no reason or room for improvement.

Why do we Need this extra Port?
Why dont u make the hole in the dp Cover bigger?
Or would that be too loud?

Was having a hard time making a medium fit this 660 and gave in to using a small, so I see what you are saying.
