You can buy a new pump piston for it. Have you inspected the oil pump worm gear? I'm assuming the adjustment is turned up?
Its turned up , I was hesitant to disassemble it with out a replacement on hand but I ordered a 1124 007 1029 kit which includes the gears.
When rotating the gear by hand it has a weird spot in it so it might be wiped out.

Most likely thing is either your worm gear is worn, or the tension spring/tang is spinning somewhat freely on the body of the worm gear. It may also be that the tension spring/tang is worn down
on the end where it engages the clutch drum and is not fully engaging.

Well just get on flea bay and buy it yourself . Nothing to it,I've bought stuff from flea bay Germany and England .
Okay a story .A few years ago while working with a German installation crew installing 350 million dollars of a new auto assembly line one of the guys needed a Kohler engine for Bob Cat skid loader with a worn out engine he owned near Essen Germany .I found the cheapest new one in the USA in Indiana and a good used unit 30 miles from where he lived .He bought it for a fraction of new cost, installed it when he went back for two weeks of vacation and did all the transaction on a smart phone half way around the world in about 2 minutes .

It had lots of torque which made a nice steady pull with a 32”. Welding isn’t the nicest carbon and hard wire with the wire feed but it worked.
