If you guys are running these saws for fun why not just bush them to fit with a reamer? Seems easy enough. Maybe not?
Most bushings can be cut to eliminate the washers and shims.

Should be able to download it as a 15 page PDF to print it.

I don't remember if I posted this one here on OPE, a rather unusual edition of the 82 cc 10 Series saws. CP (Cushion Power) 80 DX. Some say the "DX" means they were designated for export only, this one came from Japan courtesy of SEAM. Thanks again to MO Jim for the vintage roller nose bar.

Just got this bar fo this big ole bad boy.

Too cool Lee, what length is that and what chain are you running? I have a 28" fat bar, though no where as fat as yours, and am running 1/2" chisel but would rather have .404 height tooth if I could find any.

24 incher with 404 super chisel round ground. I know it would do much
better with square but I'm not experienced with filing square. I may have
a chain filed for it down the road. High tooth would be awesome but it is
some expensive and hard to get.

I've got a 10 pin pin spur drum in .404 I adapted to run on a 125 .It pulled it but it didn't like it .That 101 might . I can't file square worth a damn either so it's got a loop of ground .Cut down open roller 18" made from a 32" Mac 10 series bar .Just a toy .

How many DL of 3/8" will it take? I'm sending a box to the gtg of stuff since I won't make it. If it's a size I have or can be shortened I'll put it in.

Sounds good. I have some 105 dl and 91-93dl loops.

Mike I just checked it out. I was wrong as it has a 9 pin rim in 404. I wrapped a 3/8 around
it and came up with 89 drives but that is still with the 404 rim on it. So it will be a little off.
I don't have any big 3/8 rims so don't worry about a chain for me at this time. Not sure I can
get one from Danzco that quick.
