If I had the coin for that beauty I'd be picking it up in person, wouldn't trust and of the usual scumbag shippers with it.
Me to! It’s in my backyard, kinda, so it would be hard to pick up! But I don’t have the money, and even if it did, it’s a lot! Lol

What can you guys tell me about a Mac 660?
From what I found so far, they are gear drive, heavy, and increase the size of your testicles by 150%. Parts are also hard to come by as they were not a super common saw.

I have a line on one along with a non running Stihl 036 and a "small Mac", assuming mini, for $125.

I am waiting for pictures of it currently.
Get’em!

A huge thanks to Tim (Fossil) for locating a couple of saws missing from my collection. He not only found these, but he cleaned them up, packed them up, and drove them across the border to save me a lot on shipping.

The yellow top Super 250 is one of the models produced in Canada (the Serial number starts with the letter "C") and the Mini Mac 25 was a mid series model with a chain brake and the short flag handle.

I see that S250 came from the plant on Belfield Rd. in Toronto If you look carefully at the map you can see McCulloch Ave. running off Belfield. I believe the plant was there until HWY 409 came along.

No McCulloch service manual - only the Partner 100 service manual. Attached a small Clymer service manual for the PM 1000, a PM 1000 ipl and a link to the Partner 100 service manual.

Oh, ya there is always those people! Lol

Vegan...probably, but not where I am...Portland maybe
Yea, Portland, where I'm at likely is. It's rapidly becoming another San Fransisco. We working class natives are being priced out, it's way too trendy. Lots of homeless everywhere, quite a few have one or two jobs, but rent has skyrocketed. Contractors are building a lot of new highrises, though I dunno who's got that kind of rent money. Jobs here don't pay THAT well. The city prides, ugh that word, on being weird. It ain't weird, just plain disfuntional with spoiled brats at the helm. Rant over

Well she is home, got it running and bad smelling fuel is filling up area below filter, coming out of every gasket on carb, and dripping out decomp.Surprisingly, it still ran good and cut some dense hemlock at a feel similiar to a 455/460 Rancher. I hope to see how it runs sealed up and tuned.
So here is that tag you guys said to post...what can you tell me about thisView attachment 178807 View attachment 178810 View attachment 178811 View attachment 178812 View attachment 178813 thing?? Supposedly bought new in mid eighties. Thanks.

A lady at my work two or three steps up the food chain recently accepted a job in Eugene, Oregon making pretty much what she does now. Her husband is a schoolteacher and here in Kentucky they have a cute little mini farm with horses. Hope she enjoys the crappy townhome or whatever the same mortgage buys you over there!
