I bent one end somehow. Got where it wasn't holding real good. Looked it over and ended up putting it in the press to straighten it back out. Been working great since.

You guys ever used crimp sleeves? I got a crimp tool and sleeves for times that I just need to pull a few inches to tighten a strand up. Worth every penny !!!!

That's a beautiful sight.
Bit earlier than I would like. Going to work on that as I go along.

Double tagging heifers starting this year. These are also laser etched so even if the print fades it is still readable. Hopefully will make record keeping easier.

Yes, been using them for many years here, as I used to do a lot of high tensile fencing. They work much better than trying to stretch the wire and twist it together. I have a couple sets of the crimp tools. They also work damn good on old barb wire with the right size crimps. 9 to 15 gauge wire. 101_0728.JPG 101_0729.JPG
