Will you get another cut of silage this year

Yes I got a 2nd cutting done already so I’ll be done making hay/haylage.

I really could make a 3 cutting, but I’m going to graze it.

We’ve had plenty of hay the last 5-6 yrs so I haven’t chopped any corn.

That’s good too hear you got your barns full no worries
If we get another long winter
The dairy farms over here had eaten a good percentage of there
1st cut silage so another good cut of grass will help and then s9me
Zero grazing until it gets too wet

Not to happy about the gearbox on the batwing... see how the shaft on the right has backed out. Found what looks like a piece of snap ring with the magnet...

That really sucks!
I've never actually seen one of them. They build them all in our Illinois plant.

No. There's no springs on the clutch bolts.
I've not seen one set up that way.

Ok, I’m with you now! That whole gearbox and “clutches” are under shields. I believe the type of slip clutch’s you’re thinking of are at the Individual gearbox’s.

I haven’t had any problems with this thing so I haven’t had to mess with them, but I do remember that they are different from my old batwing.
