You need that jred 625 In your life.
No im partial to my stihls.only other id consider a dolkita,never been a jonsred hootsie fan. no dealers in my area either stihl dealer on every corner

Then id have to buy diff bars and chains too.i have a buddy who is. Shop manager at a local stihl shop i get a little break on my parts and free chain sharpening.

Nope only need a bar adapter

Outbound clutch makes it harder to change sprockets specially in the feild.

Outbound clutch makes it harder to change sprockets specially in the feild.

I usually have my impact driver with me. The compression is good enough on my 51 to just spin it with the impact driver and it loosens up without a piston stop or anything just leave the plug in and spin it and the clutch comes right off. I know not as easy but sprockets don’t wear out that fast.

I usually have my impact driver with me. The compression is good enough on my 51 to just spin it with the impact driver and it loosens up without a piston stop or anything just leave the plug in and spin it and the clutch comes right off. I know not as easy but sprockets don’t wear out that fast.

I know thats how i take em apart on bench at shop.just never been much of a fan with not much dealer support m,one ring pistons, and thinner rings,bar adapters buy chains if i bought one, stihl has more used oem parts available as well.nothing personal the cons just outweigh the pros for me.thanx brian

I like echo blowers,edgers and power pruners and weedeaters,i dont luke the stihl 4 mix 2 stroke is lightwr and quicker spool up

I don’t mind my fs90 for brush cutting, but I definitely like my fs80 better for weedeating
