My Red Wings are GAWD AWFUL so far. I don't know where to look but would start by sending Jimmy Howard some place where they can't make ice. I am sure there is such a place in Africa.

There just has to be some minor league goalies who are far better the Red wings could call up.

Right now the Red Wings the once shiny spot in Detroit pro sports are looking like the rest of the Slugs that those not to bright keep buying tickets to watch.

I'm a huge fan of Quinnipiac University in CT. We have a junior goaltender named Keith Petruzelli who is a 3rd round pick of the Red Wings. If he puts up decent numbers this year I expect Detroit will sign him at the conclusion of our season.

Of course, he's off to a shaky start in the 1st month of the season...

Sending De La Rose to St. Louis for Fabbri was a good move

The Jets seem to be holding their own despite all the injuries and craziness surrounding the team this year.

Not currently in a play off spot but only a point or 2 out. Considering what we have for D this year that isn't so bad.

If you had told me that the Jets would be 18-10-2 after 30 without Buff and Little and many many injuries I would have thought you were meth'd up but here they are.

A couple of waiver wire defense pick ups and playing like a team has them looking good. Schief, Laine and Ehlers all seem to have found a new element / another level to their game.

Hell Ehlers even dropped his gloves yesterday...

Their name will soon join the names of the lions, tigers, pistons soon on the entering the Detroit city limits .

WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR. wha the sign doesn't say is they will be as sorry next year as this year and last year.

Get rid of Howard would be a big step.

Truth be told Connor probably owed him, he got credit for a win one time when Broisoit had to leave for a few minutes.

Hate seeing Comrie get treated like that. Kid had the potential to be great.
