.020 is about 5 or 6 degrees, and the key is usually about .078, so that is about 20 degrees of extra advance ... Ouch!

It would be alot on a OEM saw but who knows where the timing actually is on the chinese saws. It may be a bit much but as long as it don't pop in the cut I'll run it. It made a huge difference in throttle response and a much more aggressive sounding idle.

Might be able to go 2 or 3 key widths, maybe more, on a chinese 066 before any adverse effects
