Talk me out of a Home Depot Makita 64cc for $253

I haven't seen it yet, my only other saw is my beloved Dolmar 421. I would like a bigger, more powerful saw. It's at a local Home Depot for $253.

It's described as a Makita DCS642120Q.

I've read good stuff somewhere about these saws in how they're maintained and what they give you, this seems like too good of a deal to pass up.

Thats going to sell fast i would think. My friend tried for years to help people get those she was a manager at home depot nobody had a chance they sold before the customer got to the store no hold backs for customers she was told.

What are ya waiting on for a 64cc saw with a 20" B&C? I pulled it up at HD, it's discontinued now but gets 5 outta 5 stars across all reviews.
