Did not know were to post this .... Bought a couple of boxes of chainsaw parts from a closed business . In it was a set of rings that the OEM tag had fallen off ( Stihl). On the back he had written TS350 and 1118-034-3001. I know the TS350 that I have seen took a different number than the 1118-034-3001 . Did a early version of the TS350 take that number ? I can find out whats in the package (by taking it out of the wrapped place card ) but was mostly curious.

No the TS 350 doesn`t use these piston rings with our number (1118 034 3001 Piston ring Ø 46x1.5 mm) TS 350 has a piston with 49mm diameter and the older version had 47mm.

Your part number is used on these models:
028, 029, 034, BR 320, 340, MS 290, SR 320, 340

Thanks. Was checking to see if there was something I needed to remember for future reference. I knew that some models used different sized pistons along the time line that the production ran .
