Stihl Trimmer FS55R throttle cable, throttle trigger and spring replacement.

Im looking for a video for reassembly with above replacement. My dad took it apart and wants me to fix it lol. Trouble I'm having is handle comes apart up and down. I see videos where handle comes apart sideways. I tried searching forums and didn't see anything. Thanks in advance.

Sounds you might have the integrated handle version, can you confirm? There are/were three different throttle control assemblies used on the FS55, A bicycle type, one with separate throttle control and the integrated version. Also there two different powerhead used a 4140 and a 4144 so I also need which you have. Can extract the info from the appropriate SM if that will help. To me videos are usually confusing.

1. The handle type is D (or loop).
2. The power head is 4140.
