well I got my hands on a stihl special tool that lets you readjust the carb without
removing the caps and it worked like a treat .

carbie adjusted and my son still has his warranty ....... happy days

Nice ain't they ? .. I bought a few of those about 5 years ago when I had a hoard of standard carb 261s..beats getting involved with those limiter caps, couple of clicks rich and its gravy.
