Even if it is not the right place, I am glad for the pictures. Thank you for sharing.

When you had the two saws side by side, did you have any negative thoughts about the Version 2? Any obvious changes that you did not care for?

Hi,

every time something new comes on the market are the people very skeptical .

Because here no machine has been redesigned , I would see it all very relaxed . My old 261 has now for 2 years my buns earned without what broke . 1 1/2 years away she ran ported . No problems running , still good.

The cylinder seems to have less cooling fins . Whether it will have a negative effect on the durability of show . Otherwise, much weight is saved with the side cover .

If the 261 keeps another 2 years, I am satisfied .
Excuse my bad English. If you have questions , just ask .

Amusing that the weight is 'as advertised'.

I have never had a composite top handle fail on me, ever. Cannot say that the aluminum TH is any better or worse than the composite ones.

I've had three 361's with plastic handles. Two of them had chunks missing right in front of the oil cap. The third had just had its broken handle replaced when I bought it. Aluminum doesn't get brittle like the plastic when it's cold or old.

I've got a pile of aluminum handles all with cracks and stress fractures. When it's freezing ass cold, gimme composite.
You'd rather deal with a shattered piece of plastic that's useless then a little crack that lets you keep working??
