Stihl HS74 carburetor

I have a Stihl HS74 that needs a carburetor. I am fine with buying an aftermarket carburetor for it. All of the carburetors I see say they fit a HS74 and a HS75 which is the same carburetor as a FS75. I’m not sure exactly of this fitment nor do I trust it. So is this the same carburetor? Anyone know?

Don’t know, the hedge trimmer is 60 miles away and I wanted to have the carburetor before I went and got the hedge trimmer out of storage.

I see. The FS 75 I had had 2 carb options and the original one was a fixed jet and one that superseded it was fully adjustable. I'd imagine they are the same power head.

All 3 have the same part number for the throttle shaft
