Different parts with same mold number ? I have a (NOS) Stihl Handle bracket that has a Mold # of 1110 791 1901 ( with a 9 in front) Which you see in pic posted . I have a old part that looks similar but has a AV mount on it (or that what it looks like) with the same mold number on it . I know that the Mold number is different on a several of the Stihl parts for the REAL Stihl number (pun intended ) . When I searched the net the one that looks like mine is a 1110-796-1901 . I am going to end up selling these ( I don't think I will ever use them ) so it really does not matter but would like to stop scratching my head about the different parts with same mold number ---- Clear as mud? ( I think I pulled the one with the AV mount on it from a old Stihl 041? but it been a few months)

O.k. I guess I was asking if there is a cross reference chart from the mode numbers to the part numbers that Stihl Uses . Also updated part numbers .... Case in Point I have a old ign mod (OLD NOS) that looks like it had 1111 400 1000 on it and the Saw Tech at that time wrote 1118 400 1000 ( Fits old 076?) . I know that it is NLA.

1118 400 1000 is the trigger unit that was used on 028, 028W. That part was last availible in 1984. After that the trigger unit with part no. 1111 400 1000 could be used. That came from 051, 076 and TS 510 from serial number 6745961. Huh, that was not easy to look up and dig through a lot of old stuff.
