I dont know the actual weights, but I have a 25" ES, and I know 30% of weight off of it would sure be real nice.

Even in 20" it can make a big difference. Standard ES bars make a 366 or 440 nose heavy.

20" ES 2 lb 13.5 oz
20" Stihl E bar 2 lb 4.6 oz
Sugi 20" 2 lb 3.1 oz
Raisman 20" 2 lb, 7.3 oz

The Rasnam bar balances nicely on my 440 and 460s.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm kind of leaning toward a standard ES bar. Quite honestly, I already have Tsumura L&T or Sugi lightweights in 32", 25", 20" and 16". These are going to be used for 95+% of my cutting. I can get a 36" ES bar for $75 new at my local dealer. Tsumura L&T is pushing $180 even with the current very favorable USD to CAD exchange rate and a Stihl lightweight is around $130 locally. Thankfully, I don't absolutely NEED a 36" bar right now, so I can shop around.

The RW Stihl bars are lighter than Sugi or Tsumura.
Pretty sure the Stihl 36” is lighter than a 32” sugi

I go with the Lights, as I never know what I will need to do with it. For felling, it is so much easier to hold your cut angle. I do drill those stupid oiler holes out a bit thought, and I buck and mill with light bars.
