WANTED STIHL 084 Chain Brake Handle

Looking to see if anyone has a 084 Chain Brake flag/handle. I need one for my 084. I have done some google searches to no avail. It does not have to be perfect just whole. Let me know if you have anything or can point me in a direction to find one. Thanks

im not 100% sure but i heard a chain brake flag handle from a 088 880 might work . i belive the 088 is a little wider and can be made to work with a spacer between the handle and recoil cover. Like i said i only heard of this maybe someone else can verify

I have 1 Jason. Its got a crack in it but with some epoxy it probably could be good.

That would be cool if an 088/880 would work with a spacer can anyone verify if it will work.

Jason, I think that I put an 880 handle on my old 084. It can be done.

I think I may have an 880 Brake handle somewhere. Guess I need to do some digging.

I think I should have a correct one if you want to go that route

Confirmed I’ve done the 880/088 on 084. Either a spacer or just suck it in. Still worked as designed for me.
