I don't have many pictures, but I'll post what I got.
I got videos too.

I took 050 off the flywheel key, also this is a aluminum flywheel saw.

Like I said this is a play work saw so I took it as far as the skirt let me.

After machine work the exhaust was almost 103 and the transfers where up in the mid 20's intake was 83 so it got raised to 79 and the transfers went to 118 and the exhaust to 100.
I tried something new and opened fingers at 114.
Compression dry with one ring was 215.

The saw has some run time on it now and settled down at 225lb.

I couldn't believe it when I ran it against my 066, mine is the strongest I've ever ran until now.
I doubt it will stay that way for long... If I know you then either tonight or tomorrow you'll have the jug back off of yours for some more tweaking.

Nice lookin port work by the way

I ground fingers in it earlier when we was texting. Lol
I need to raise the exhaust on mine.

Wow that Christmas thread saw is crazy. Somebody is gonna be very happy. Awesome job.
Just curious if you think this saw would benefit even more with a pipe or is the porting different for a pipe saw?
