Stihl 038 lower handle

picked up a 038 today I am not a mechanic but the trigger is sticking seems to be the spring in the handle how do you take the top of the handle off? thanks

Small screw at the base keeps the black plastic piece in place. Blow off with compressed air, you’ll see it.
