SOLD Stihl 036 basket case

036 basket case that I took on trade. Saw is in pretty good shape used but not abused. Has a decomp. cylinder and adjustable oiler so I'd say it's an 036-pro

Top end is toasted, I spent about 5 minutes cleaning up the cylinder. It still has some transfer and there is some vertical scoring above the exhaust port, might still be useable might not. I'd probably clean it up and run it with a meteor piston and rings if I built it for myself.

Comes with a Chinese cylinder and piston kit, don't know what brand (it came with said saw)

Absolutely. It won't break my heart if it doesn't sell. One of the best all around saws IMO.
