Anybody with firsthand experience with Stens chains. Happened to see a listing for their chains, 72lgx072 comparable, for like $11 each shipped. I like saving money but not wasting it on a subpar product. Thanks.

My friend runs stens chain. I’m pretty sure it’s Carleton chain rebranded. He only used semi chisel and loves is. For the price and sharpening with a grinder, he’s happy.

I just bought some Carlton on ebay $45 for 4 loops. Shows up looking like lgx with no Oregon markings.

Haven't used it yet.

I got some "Stens Silver Streak" loops of 3/8 LP for my tree saw (52 DL) for $7.86 each on Amazon...not sure why they were so cheap (they're now back up to about $13 each). I like them a lot. Real sharp right out of the bag and seem to hold up so far...
