Been progressively getting worse.
First leakage, I doctored that with O-rings, cleaning, and what I could.
Several tanks later it is peeing like a teen and sluggish on the return.
Where can I get a new hydro control valve, or a rebuild kit?
Are there previous topics here? I did try search.

Yard machine cheepo-deepo, 27 ton.
No, I did not buy it. I traded for it used and ran the snot outta it.

I prefer Surplus Center myself of the two mentioned .Fact not too long ago I ordered a bunch of hydraulic lines and fittings, SAE style connections .Less than week, at the door .
Those pot lickers at Northern spend more time trying to sell warranties than they do taking orders .Warrantee on a damned fitting that never wears out, such nonsense .

Some of these places have stock on hand some are just middle men so to speak .Surplus Center will show inventory and others will "back order " stuff which drives me bonkers .I wanted my order filled within a week not 2 months later .
One place I did business with went completely "e commerce " no human contact .I fired them simple as that .

Searching the web this AM I see some of these had a recall because of this valve. After while I'll drag it out and get a look at the numbers.

One number off in an 11 digit model number lol.

Cleaned er up and studied, it is leaking at the o-ring opposite the handle. Going to search out an o-ring kit, or try to. Thanks folks.

I've been around hydraulic systems nearly all of my adult life and have reached this conclusion .Two kinds, those that leak and those that haven't --yet .I've seen "drip pans" under hydraulically operated valves and cylinders on multi million dollar nuke submarines .Which would be of more concern than a log splitter .

I put the Northern Tool control on my Yard Machines splitter after the original started leaking. Split several cord and so far no issues with it.
