How do I get in touch with them to get decals that ChainsawR doesn't have listed?

If it's something he has made before you're chances are good at getting what you need.
If you need anything that he hasn't gotten around to designing yet it'll be a long wait....like probably ain't gonna happen long.

Yes, I got my 394 and 242 decal sets from him. The 394 set I got was a set he had to design. I had to send him a rubbing of my clutch cover decal area so he could make the new one the correct size. Everything else he was able to source the style and dimensions on his own. Once he had my set finished he directed me to pay for then through the Chainsawr website. From start to finish it did take a little while as he had to do a new design, but all went smooth and quick once he had the set made. My 242 set was already an available set on Chainsawr, paid through there and had them within 10 days if I recall. Good guy to deal with in my experience.

I just got a set for my 288xp, and in the recent past he made me a custom set for my 272xpg. It took quite awhile for the custom set, as he had to design a new starter housing decal. Since I am rarely in a hurry to finish restoring a saw, I have no problem waiting - Joe will eventually get the decals shipped and the quality is great! And where else are you going to get high quality decal sets that have long been out of production?

Joe is the man!
