....gonna take a lot of trips, hauling that wood away in your mustang

That's at my Daughter's house, the wood is staying there! The Town dropped the tree because the Spring Tornado took down the utility pole and oil from the transformer got all over this tree. Besides, it was crowding the Sugar Maple right next to it, so good to be rid of it.

The Mustang just transported the saws and the peavey.

I figured. Just thought it was funny.

I've seen a couple cars carrying firewood before but, never a mustang....lol.

I've been know to go to GTGs or family wood cutting events with over a dozen saws (all w/B+C) in the Mustang. I can fit 660s with 36" B+C across the trunk, and with the back seat folded down (which opens into the trunk) I can fit lots of saws.

The first pic is my Mustang at the Upstate NY GTG.

Spent the day cleaning up a new to me kitchen stove.
Old of 20+ years has some unfunctioning happening.
FWIW I have never seen either of those big planes.
I think the biggest plane canada has is a beaver, or two.

Just went to stihl dealer to look around. Biggest saw they had on display was a ms 261. Kinda crappy selection.
Then went to cematary to put up a little xmas tree for my dad.
Gonna maybe do some more chain sharpening after a bit.

I put a thread insert in a 461 cylinder. Was real careful to keep it straight, last time I tried one it got a little cocked. The threads the die produced were not that great, so I put the insert in with JB Weld. Fingers crossed it works! I think it will, that stuff is supposed to be real strong.

Also put an outer dog on my MOFO Hybrid … Looks Good! Mine does not have the finger port option, but it is a good runner. I was going to do the outer dog a while ago, but they were out of stock for a bit at HL Supply, but they are back now!

I also ordered some extra for one of my Tree Guys. I had one on an 044 I sold him, so he wanted more of them for his other saws! Guess he liked it set up that way!

Ours in better days with my son's Aussie (gone now)

Your youngster is handsome as well

They are all a handful unless you keep them occupied and tired out

LOL

And this one, 4 years old goes to work with me everyday at the sawshop, he is my sidekick lol. Hey 3browns, do you use yer dogs on a farm?

Nope, no farming for this guy although a couple of his litter mates are (or were?) working dogs down on a lama ranch south of us on the Kenai Penninsula

Sydney is just a spoiled pampered pet who loves herding the vacuum cleaner and the grand kids, and riding shotgun in the motorhome

Thanks. Sorry to hear about your buddy. My previous Heeler enriched our lives for 15yrs. I never thought it possible for a dog to be that big a part of our family, until this Ms. Personality came along a few weeks after my previous departed. She's now 6.

heelers are very loyal doogs. Sorry to hear that your family member is going down hill.
They are the best dogs..! 100% they are family members. Mine is very suspicious of other people, & very selective of who she likes...... unless of course, you have food, & or can throw a stick

I take my sweetie with me all the time, especially in the cooler months. She loves cutting firewood, as long as she can get out of the truck some, & sniff around some.
