Got a small start on the pile the tree guys left. Big Mak, Little Mak, and the X27 all got a little fresh air!

Went to church and then figured out a way to put a doggie door in our porch. Hoping to finish screening up top this weekend then I’ll work on the outside strips soon.

I installed it backwards on purpose so I could put the plate over the door not allowing things in while still being lazy lol.

PCB, the original redneck riviera!

My favorite is cape San blas if you ever get a chance you should go! It’s literally just beach all to yourself.

We’re on the west end..sunnyside actually, so it’s a lot quieter (but not as quiet as what you’re talking about!)

That doesn’t sound bad at all. We had like 400 yards or more of the beach to ourselves when we went to cape San blas last time. It’s like an hour from where y’all are. Only problem is it’s like 30 minutes away from any restaurant.

We go 30 minutes anyway...my favorite restaurants (captains table, hunts, and Ernie’s) are all in east St. Andrews bay. Cape San Blas sounds nice

I gotcha. We loved it. We would go to a restaurant at night and then eat at the house for breakfast and lunch. We mostly went to port saint joe to eat but there was on kinda biker looking restaurant in an old gas station called Indian pass. Literally fed you pounds of boiled shrimp. It was good as well.

Me and @Scotty Overkill took down a few trees. This one is a red maple.

This one was a little close to the 3 phase, the one trunk was about 8" away from the one phase and if you zoom in on the picture you can see about 3' down the insulation is off of the wire!

@Scotty Overkill piecing down the trunk with the 661.

Piecing down the trunk. It's a pain trying to run a 661 with a 28" bar while tied into the tree. The guy wanted stubs left because he had an excavator coming to rip the stumps out.

Spent most of the day working on a rental property. Then did a little tree job. The job was to get a dangling branch that was broken off about 40' up an oak tree. Well, it wasn't completely broken off, but was hanging down vertical. Was a real challenge to get a rope on it. Finally got it snagged successfully and pulled it loose with the Maasdam rope winch. Probably spent an hour doing a 15 minute job. But finally got it done.

Congrats, I love them Maasdam Rope Winches!!! Use em to fell trees, pull logs out of the woods (to the logging trails) and even used it to set up the sides (post + beam) of my hunting cabin. The sides were each 4-12' posts topped with a 27' beam. 8' spacing with 1.5' overhang on each end. All Ash, milled with the chainsaw.

That ain't a mess. A mess is when "someone" forgets to put the carafe into the coffee maker and you wind up with 12 cups of coffee and coffee grounds all over the counter, cabinets and floor. I of course have no personal experience with this but read about it in a book...
