Been using my old Super 2 for the last 2 days. Finished clearing my back yard, started clearing along my driveway. It's no wonder these saws last so long. Just simple saws that start and run. Light, nimble, 1 pull restart. What else can I ask for?

And cheap to buy as well. Does yours have the double trigger?

Used an MS660 w/30" bar to fell and make a few bucking cuts, then went to an 046 w/25" bar for rest of bucking. Groundi limbed the tree with her MS180.

Have been invited to a family gathering of a coworker even though I'm not family.
I guess it was a thank You for helping out in the woods a few weeks back.

Had some beer and small talk while waiting for lunch:

Had some jummy food for lunch:

Took a break while small talking:

Had some fun and worked up an appetite for the second food batch that was cooking:

Homemade buggy, permanent rear wheel drive, optional front wheel drive, 2.0liter Mazda Diesel engine (I think atmospheric, non turbo), rear gearbox WV, front gearbox Fiat (not synchronized to each other, gets used the same time only in a pinch).

Dinner, we were all bursting:

It was so hot we drank so much that nothing non alcoholic was left!
It was a fine day. :)

Pic of part of the pile and a neet block that looks like it has a smiley face.

Do you upgrade them to the MS390 or put them back to OEM size?
I always use the 49mm cylinder kits on them if I have to open them.
I had a good piston and cylinder in my latest one so I left it at 290. I'll probably try to sell it and keep my 390.

It was nice and warm today so I mowed the yard. I have a ditch out front that should only be mowed by push mower but I walk beside the rider mower and it's a little easier. Still a pretty sweaty job. I got a part in the mail today for my 290 and installed it, about 10 seconds. It was the winter/summer pre-filter thingy..

I can't envision any scenario that makes this a good idea. Use the push mower.
