i hate writing essays and reports so dont expect some big long story lol



i use motoseal on aftermarket gaskets after i had one fail
i used longer screws to slowly pull the cases together and made sure the seal slid over the crank good
i didnt want this to be a over thinking build because i probably wont run it much until the gtg and i have other saws needing ran and broke in
pictures of the flywheel and oil pump assemblies

alot of the husky guys say how hard the brake assmblies are on these but they are pretty straight forward i have the brake spring tool i got from our own @Definitive Dave they are the cats ass when stretching the spring for the brake

i dont like the earred circlips as i have heard and seen the carnage so i clip them off
i modified a screwdriver to install the circlips i do have a 10mm circlip installer but the screwdriver is easier for me to use

no cylinder pictures was taken but @huskihl kevin sent me a ported farmertec cylinder that he test ran
squish was at .0185 with no gasket

i had about 2 hours building the saw the chain adjuster is not the best
the saw is all the cross farmertec parts nothing oem
being ported ill be in class 2

The chain on the saw is a stock stihl round chain with about a dozen cuts on it so it's not a new chain

No secrets or anything fancy in there. Little bit of jb weld in the lowers just for something to try. He could have posted pics of the porting. Ive learned everything i know on here. I took quite a bit off the fw key too, Dallas. And gutted and added another muff port on mine
