Any square grinder can grind round as well. Just need to dress the wheel appropriately.

Simington is a great grinder, silveys have gotten way to expensive

You'd have to dress the wheel for it, but I don't see why not.

Instead of using the wheel dressers to put a "7" shape on the wheel with a sharp corner, simply dress the wheel in a round shape to match the round cutter shape.

Upon further reflection, this may not work on a Pro Sharp where the chain comes in at a different angle, but it will definitely work on a swing arm grinder.
