Put a new salmon wheel on the grinder and tried it out on a old loop.
Don't know if I'm on the right track. Still getting into the tie straps.

And if it's for work, moving the chain holder away from the arm pivot can help

Adjust the swingarm down. That will get you out of the tie-strap then get your side plate closer to vertical.
Corner looks just right though

if you lower the arm the angles will change making your top plate thinner and a steeper side plate
your corners look good for work chain id just thin the wheel some to give you some clearance at the tie straps
