Awesome!
Where can I nab up one of those meters?
Think I got mine at tractor supply. Don't use it very often but it's fun to play with now and then. That locust came off a property I just got permission to cut on about 30 seconds from the house. 27 acres, if it's dead or down I can take it.

Picked these up today... buddy ran them on his truck for about 1000 miles, then sold his truck. I was gonna get Bilsteins, but I couldn’t pass up this deal.

Just threw the rears on tonight... the truck has 33,000 miles and the Ranchos are shot!

I used this to get the fifth wheel back today. 2016 Ram 3500 with the Aisin transmission and deletes. It handled the camper a little easier than the single wheel 250. It sounds so good I’ve got the fever to get another one. Then the wife rode in it when she got here to go eat and she’s in love with the loud pedal[emoji2359][emoji2359][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

That doesn’t give me a good feeling on how mine are doing already. It’s got 63-64k on it. I’ll check the mpg on it tomorrow after the wife drove it down from TN 300 miles. She said it still had half a tank so I’d say she’s bumping 20 mpg to have that much left.

I put a clutch in a 06 5.9 a few weeks ago. Drove it around a bunch. I love the way an inline 6 diesel sounds!

Hopefully not a stock replacement?

I pushed them in all the way and the one just stayed collapsed for a while. I got the truck from a dealer, so I’m wondering if they had these shocks laying around from another truck, or ? Because they look kinda rusty, too.

Took out a south bend dual disc clutch and went back to stock single disc. That south bend was a turd. Floating iron disc would eat the plastic snubbers out of it in 8000 miles and it would rattle like hell anytime the clutch was disengauged. This truck is stock and has no need for a dual disc clutch. Biggest trailer it hauls is 10k loaded to the max.

It isn’t the quite version then. There are/were 2 versions of that Clutch & the 2nd version is supposed to correct the noise.

The old ‘05 3500 srw had the old version. But it was also Not Stock.

This is the quiet version. Ill take a few pics tonight to show how they made it quiet and how it failed to become the more rattle noise version.

There’s 3 versions of it through the years. The floater lugs were changed from original, then spring hub center in the disc plates themselves. The diaphragm pressure plate is way more daily driver friendly than the 4 lever. I broke a 3850 lb pressure plate lever after about 30k miles. He did warn me it wasn’t a street clutch but I don’t listen very good[emoji23]
