Start of a 084 using a 394 deflector, why? Cause that's how you get a Stihl to run well, add husky parts.

Ms460 muffler mod not to much just a little it's a work saw. Baffle got a hole put in it and the outlet got a little bigger.

I got the easy 7900 mufflers outta the way. Onto the more difficult 6421 and 7910 mufflers. Lots of heat is gonna be my friend.

Indeed haha. It usually runs a gutted factory muffler with dual ports and spark screens when in the woods.

I fabricated and welded it myself. I did it all out of a stick of 1-1/4 square tube.

I had the same thought and was planning on trying to do what you suggested. Problem was that my........ uh......... "calculations" were off and the brake flag hit them before it could engage, so they got cut off.
