757 and a 680 with a wrap?

I got the 680 last year after years of looking for one.
It came with the wrap.
I took this pic today and was planning to run this one, but after rocking two chains I ended up running the 757.

Hey bud! Nice to see you over here. We were a little low on red saws but Josh has been doing his best. ;)

Nice collection of shinnies. I got one in my
collection. A pretty nice 680 I got for free with a full wrappy.

Emissions sticker says 695 but who knows.
Pulls like one would expect a 60cc x 20" should.

How does it run for you? Some folks really like the 695s.

I like it a lot.

My Olympyk 264 would maybe spank it but it's a factory hot rod.[emoji15]

It's been my experience with Shindaiwa equipment they are well built but not made for the high performance some other machines may have i.e.: chain speed, power/weight ratio.
But I have been running Shindaiwa equipment since 1984 and other than my first 500 chainsaw I broke after stupidly dropping it out of a tree, I've not had one piece of equipment fail once I got it into running condition. Most of the used stuff I buy just needs fuel system maintenance and it's good to go.
I finally got a 680 added to the collection after years of looking. I've had a 695 for quite some time but have only used it on a couple of occasions.
For some reason I normally grab a 757 for most of the bigger wood.
I really like the 577/550/575 saws but could honestly get by with a 488/490/500 class and still cut anything I ever need to.
I was lucky to get into the Shindaiwa line up when good runners could be found for very little cash.
