Setting up a new carb with autotune.

Can anyone give me a rundown on setting up a new carb? I have the diag tool but have only used it for checking issues to this point. I do have full dealer access, but the dealer is amish so when i go to do things for him i have no internet access. Just trying to get my ducks in a row.... Im a newbie at this.
