I'm sure there are variants with bars that fit on other brand saws with no or some modification. Sorry for the derail. Next video please. :)

Check with @Definitive Dave . He may be able to track down an 8 pin pico rim for ya or have sitting around in old stock. There are aftermarket ones ones available but are custom and pricy. ($34)
2511t uses a spur, so that's the problem. They make a 1/4" spur, but it isn't bigger.

It would be great if someone could CNC mill a rim clutch out of the spur sprockets to accept a 9t 1/4 rim.

Ooh I thought the 2511 was running 3/8 lo pro. 1/4 is going to be no luck. You could convert to 3/8 lo pro - that would make a big difference compared to the 1/4 and might get you where you want.

Odd. There needs to be uniformity amongst bar makers. 20" 3/8 72dl needs to be a standard.
Yeah, these days a 20" 3/8 is 72dl, 24" 84, 28" for stihl is 91 and 93 for husqvarna ...30" 100, 32" 105, 36" 115? I've been wrong plenty before...

I use 8t with 114dl and 91dl. Ive found the 661 to have very little tensioner length, so I've found 8t with normal chain lengths does still fits, and maximizes the stretch life I can get.

So, you will notice that when you go from 20 to 24 you have to add 12 drive links, but going from 24 to 28 you only add 7 drive links???

That is because the 28" bar is really only a 27" bar, but to disguise this fact, they started calling the 24" bar a 25" bar … total BS!!!
