Nice job! Seems to be pretty sporty...
I think it could use more exhaust outlet. I split the can and removed the baffle and everything under the deflector, but the deflector opening is only about 5/16× 1.25". Another deflector on the front would be badass, but a bit loud I think. Don't want the Sicilians next door pissed off at Dan.

I tested 404 against 3/8 on Stihl 462 with a hard nose bar.
Both stihl RS chains

Cut times 404: 9 sec & 7 sec

Cut times 3/8: 7,5 sec & 6 sec

I also make 2 cuts with a sprocket nose bar.
Cut times 3/8 sprocket nose: 6 & 5,5

Due to friction a hard nose bar will waste much more PH power over a sprocket nose bar.
It will also get much hotter, so hot that it starts burning the B&C oil at the bar tip.

I have only one hard nose bar and it is set up with a .404" loop.
It is 20"/65DL, I never thought of trying to fit one of my 20"/72DL 3/8" loops on it - I'll have to check it out.

I prefer sprocket nose bars.
