Just some common firewood cutting with my old man and uncle, it's always a blast :D wood was beech, i gave my 261/661 combo a break this time and took the bad hooskies :eek:

I got a little more fuel run through this ms460.
Here it is with a 8 pin, 3/8 square ground full comp chain and a 28" bar. It's tuned a bit rich still but it seems to like being a touch rich rather then being tuned right to the edge. Need fuel to make power:D

Try it with a 7 pin. Probably be better. What RPMs were you getting in cut and piss revving?
Nice saw.
Handles a 8 well, it would however be faster with a 7. 14k no load/10.5k in wood. It’ll hold 11k with a 28” 7 pin buried, loads it less than the 8 pin on a 24”. I find it cuts fastest loaded at 9500-10k in the wood.
