I think it feels like a stock 53cc saw would feel, though I’ve never ran a stock 55 rancher.
Probably not going to pipe this one, but I did bring home a box of scrap 22ga. Stainless from work today.

Stainless isn’t the best for a pipe from what I hear.

I would think it would crack after a while. Plus it doesn’t hold the heat

I did the machine work Reed did the port work.

This the 044 I just rebuilt with OEM jug metro piston base gasket delete muffler matched to port and time advance... the the best wood to be trying to show off in but it was close.
