That’s an old, heavily used, Tecomec / Efco / . . . grinder (sold under a few different brand names). Did I mention “old“ and “heavily used“?
It does have the reversible switch which some guys like. It is missing the clear side guards.
I can get you a brand new one, with three, brand new wheels, for about $220 - shipped. If it is missing any of the wheels, add in at least $20 each. Add another $15 for the dressing brunch and wheel template.
Because of its age, I would not go over $50 complete, and only if I really wanted that one.
Good, clean, newer ones don’t come up that often, but might go for as much as $150. Brand new “clone“ grinders are about $100; not as good quality, but in newer condition.
