I have had a couple basket case 166's up stairs in my garage attic.
It was time to do something with them. So I brought everything
in the shop and sorted everything out. I had enough to build one
complete 166 with the exception of a good fuel tank and clutch cover.
I had those two in another part of my shop, they are nos pieces.
I contacted Glock37 "His name is Mike" To do the powder coating,
I went this route instead of paint cuz Dolmar was originally powder
coated. Got the parts back a few days ago and his work is outstanding.

Got a new Wiseco piston for it. A replated cylinder, Case gasket, crank
seals and bearings. Reman crank that I had "The Crankshop" do a few
years ago. New west coast air filter,

Note the huge roller bearing on these 166's. This is the pto side bearing.
