I recently adopted Sachs Dolmar 120. Things seemed fine at first but then I started noticing that Sachs seemed depressed. After some prodding and gentle encouragement I was able to get Sachs to disclose some very personal information. It seems that Sachs, though having been born a 120, has always felt like a 120 Super aka 120si. My understanding is that in our contemporary society, one can be whatever they want so who am I to say he can't be a Super, which brings me to this forum. Has anyone on this list successfully done surgery on a 120 making the transition to a 120 Super?

The 120si / ps 6800 cylinders are nla. There are some aftermarket cylinders for the 116 si / ps 6000.

120 and 120 super have different bore and stroke.

I am also fairly certain the crankcases are different.

Thanks all. I'll just dial this one in. Possible mm?

If it is the front outlet muffler it is pretty wide open. I added a deflector on the flywheel side to help divert some of the exhaust as it liked to toast the oil tank.

I'll add a pic or 2 later.
