MS460 has a broken front case bolt, the one in the very front under the muffler, and I think the lack of the bolt is causing oil to leak out right at the very front of the oil tank seam.

Any ideas how I can get the rest of the bolt out? It's a rather small bolt.

Those are not something that would break under normal use so it's concerning that it's broken. Either it took a heavy shot which probably also upset the gasket or it's been leaking there and someone tried to tighten the bolt to fix it. Either way you're better off splitting the case and putting at least a new gasket in and you might as well do seals while you're in there.
