PPPPPpppppffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff goes the baloon

I can understand keeping it stock.
I will probably keep mine stock but will be playing with fitting an unlimited coil.

Ahhhhhh who am I kidding, I have a dremel, I will get the itch one day

I put the saw back together and piss revvvvvved it and the red light does turn appear to work as intended. So once I get a chance maybe this evening I will take the top end off and see where the play is on the rod and go from there on rebuild.

Would it have killed them to align the intake boot before reassembling it properly?

It actually ran pretty good it seemed. It was a little lazy on spooling up. I'm working on getting an OEM red light jug and all the rebuild parts OEM for it.

I never put it in wood though so wasn't sure how it would have been there.

There is a horizontal scratch around the cylinder that can be felt with a finger nail. Not sure if it is below where the rings hit. It felt light on compression. I never checked squish with this jug. I think it could be cleaned up with a Dremel and still used. Doubt it would ever perform like OEM

I didn't see any identifying markings on the cylinder
