Nah. It's a stopper so it don't roll all the way over
Just need a big outside dawg for a kickstand lol.
I do think a cup holder for the top of ma husky would be sweet, would need a straw or to cut chest and shoulder height like this one I dropped a couple weeks ago .
Boss in training was helping guide me :).

Nice work Ken.
I see how you got it to fall where you wanted it, looks like you put an empty saw case right where you wanted it to go, I'm gonna try that next time.
Did you get @chy_farm over there to help you out with a pipe saw :b1:.

not sure what that is below the tree probably some cut limbs that just happened to lay that way. :) but that was a lot of wood for my neighbor. I only kept one tree form the 5 we dropped at that location, as he burns wood 24/7throughthe winter and at 71 is not quite as "genki" as I am. So i let him have most of the wood as I only burn on the weekends...though honestly I am rather wasteful as I keep the house at scorching levels of heat just because ;)

Still Looking to get tocether with @chy_farm for a BBQ one weekend when he has free.

Wish I could make it out there for a cutting party with you guys, sounds like a great time, I could bring some ladders lol.

you go right on ahead with that. here in japan there are not many "climbers" most work out of bucket trucks IF, and I say IF the bucket truck can fit into the area that is being worked otherwise it is ladders for pruning and trimming.

Yea, that guy is pretty wild to say the least, and with the high voltage lines right there, no thanks.
Some folks are comfortable with certain risks that I'm not and vise versa, I'll stick with my risks lol.

Scored some nice walnut logs. Had to go pick them up.

Looks like the Pin Oak from my backyard.
What is it...good looking logs & great score.
The hotter it gets---the pickier I get! :chuck:

Definitely oak, most likely pin oak, as that is most abundant around here. This tree, along with some pines were taken down (by a "tree service") in a man's front yard. The tree service got paid and never returned to haul off the trees. What a mess they left in his yard. I got called and was asked if I was interested in any of the wood. I took the oak I could readily get to.

Good deal. I got some wood the same way. Tree company left after cutting down and getting paid. That's not cool for customer.
