Gotta love that!
It is what it is, maybe I should feel better about my weight now lol.
It may have a bit of bar oil and fuel in it, it's also a full wrap with a wide cover and the big dogs, and they make the 372 big dogs look tiny. I could have used them today on a pine I did, I still have the little one on my ported 2166, glad the chain was doing well. The 24 didn't make it through, the picture is a bit deceiving. I could have easily taken it down with a 20 if the deck wasn't there .
The tree broke off right above the roof and was jammed between the two cedars about 10' off the ground. This was leftover storm damage from the same storm that trashed my place a month ago.
I also yanked a 12" black locust out of an elm at the neighbors tonight, heading back in the morning to grab at least 2 or 3 buckets of that, may get a few more if all works out well.
That's my buddy's ms311 that wouldn't start today, this was his job, good thing he had the hired gun there lol.

Fought daylight to get 3 posts set yesterday. Building a lean-to on the back of my garage. Set my knife down for a minute and this critter must have liked it. I believe the superstition is that all orange means a mild winter.

What does that 550 run like looks good
It runs good, I need to do a little more tweaking on the carb or something, it’s just not perfect yet, and the stupid old chain I had on there keeps loosening up, Time to throw it away! Was hoping to do a little testing today and be able to make a couple videos but that chain isn’t letting that happen. I may also through a new boot on it, the guy I bought it from said he put a new boot and carb kit in it before I got it but I’m not 100% sure on that,It actually revs pretty well for an old saw

Nice load of saws.
Did you do a tree job.
When I got home last night there was an ms271 on the porch, for a second I thought I forgot my buddies 311, nope the neighbor's grandson's saw. I heard him running it last Saturday and went and talked to him, he was cutting right on the property line and there were a bunch of kids out playing because we had a party. His saw was screaming! I told him bring it by and I'd get it all cleaned up, 25 mins on the grinders and it was all set.
These were the best teeth on the chain . I cut a couple buckets of black locust with it with a half a tank, not a bad saw if you were cutting under 12", it slowed down a good bit after that.

I did some lot clearing and stuff, branches hanging into the roadway, dropping a couple trees, I am hoping to build a cabin, with a garage on it in the future459E3D0F-D74D-47CD-BD24-7365CDC69EF3.jpeg453781D9-88C9-4FE9-91A2-957C3268C4F2.jpeg AC7ED025-08FD-405A-BFD7-135711F861D2.jpeg
